Thank you for supporting independent art and creators!

Please keep in mind that I am an independent artist, not a corporation. I handle all aspects of the business myself, including creating and shipping products. While I work hard to ensure that each item is of high quality and reaches you safely, sometimes things happen that are beyond my control. However, with clear and respectful communication, any issues or questions can be resolved.

Product Quality
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive quality products. I am not responsible for any damages that occur through the use of the products. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for products damaged after use.

Order Cancellations & Returns

All Sales Are Final: Refunds are not available except in specific cases mentioned below.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, I will gladly issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) if:

The item is returned unopened and in its original packaging.
You will have to cover the return shipping costs and provide tracking information.
The item must pass inspection upon receipt. Opened, damaged, or altered merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed only after I receive the returned original package and confirm that it meets the conditions above.

Package Insurance

Domestic Packages above $30 are automatically Insured. All International Packages are automatically Insured. This is so that in case any accident happens we can create a claim and not loose our money and sanity >.<

Coverage

Coverage provided by this certificate covers a package from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit.

Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Package to the correct destination address.

Pay special attention to the following coverage exclusions and conditions:

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.
During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage.
