Welcome to Elm Tree Studio! By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information. - Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Elm Tree Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or any customs fees for international orders. - Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the item is returned unopened in its original packaging. We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit. For damaged items, please contact us within immediately and no more than 2 days of delivery and provide photos as proof of the package unopened in the state you received it. We will create an insurance claim together and need to follow the Insurance instructions so communication is key.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy Page. We insure packages for your benefit and mine. Read carefully the terms in the Package Insurance section below.

Elm Tree Studio is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our products. Please handle all items with care. - Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork are the intellectual property of Elm Tree Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission. - Privacy
We only collect personal information when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe, and we do not have access to sensitive information. - Contact

Package Insurance
Domestic Packages above $30 are automatically Insured. All International Packages are automatically Insured. This is so that in case any accident happens we can create a claim and not loose our money and sanity >.<
Insurance Costs
Domestic Shipment: $0.75 for up to $50, then $0.80 per $100 package value.
International Shipment: $1.35 per $100 package value. Limit: $5,000 per shipment, or $400 for First Class Package International.
If you have any questions do feel free to reach out, I am more than happy to help. This does not guaranty that the claim will be successful but we will work together to do everything in our power to solve it.
Coverage
Coverage provided by this certificate covers a package from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit.
Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Package to the correct destination address.
Pay special attention to the following coverage exclusions and conditions:
- All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.
- During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage.
