Please remember, I am an independent artist—not a corporation. As one person handling all aspects of creation and shipping, I work hard to ensure that each product is carefully crafted and reaches you safely. However, sometimes things happen beyond my control. With clear and respectful communication, we can work together to resolve any issues.
Shop Policies:
- All Sales Are Final: Refunds are not available except in specific cases. Please read more on the Returns Policy Page.
- Customers Outside the US: You are responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or fees that may apply.
Shipping Information:
- Origin: All items are shipped from San Juan, Puerto Rico, within 3-5 business days.
- Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS, typically using Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package Mail). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. I am not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information, or for packages that are stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed. If necessary, we can work together to file a claim with the postal service.
- Delivery Dates: I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order to arrange it.
International Orders:
- Carrier: I ship via USPS First Class Package International. You will receive a tracking number, but only some countries provide tracking beyond the US. Check here for countries offering tracking: Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International.
- Customs and Fees: Shipping outside the US is costly, and I cannot estimate delivery times. Shipments can take several weeks or, in rare cases, months due to customs delays. You are responsible for any customs fees, import VAT, taxes, or duties. Customs may require you to provide a full name and phone number. Orders without accurate information may face delays, and you will need to contact customs to handle fees.
- Current Availability: I currently ship to the US and a limited number of other countries.
Packaging:
- All items are packed securely in padded envelopes or boxes. I encourage you to recycle and reuse shipping materials when possible.
Prices and Payments:
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Package Insurance
Domestic Packages above $30 are automatically Insured. All International Packages are automatically Insured. This is so that in case any accident happens we can create a claim and not loose our money and sanity >.<
Insurance Costs
Domestic Shipment: $0.75 for up to $50, then $0.80 per $100
International Shipment: $1.35 per $100
Limit: $5,000 per shipment, or $400 for First Class Package International
Coverage
Coverage provided by this certificate covers a package from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit.
Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Package to the correct destination address.
Pay special attention to the following coverage exclusions and conditions:
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.
During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage.
